Laurence Orillard

Professor Laurence OrillardLaurence has extensive experience in leadership development, both in Canada and in Europe. She has acquired her expertise working with organizations where creativity and innovation are key to success, in the public as well as private sector, and more specifically in the cultural environment. She teaches management of cultural organizations at HEC Montréal, and is a mentor at the Carmelle and Rémi Marcoux Chair in Arts Management.

Laurence sits on the boards of the Agora de la Danse and the Quebec branch of the Dancer Transition Resource Centre. She is also a member of Quebec’s human resources professional association – l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.

Education and Training

Laurence holds a master’s degree in Arts from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
She is bilingual (French and English).
