The starting point of the course is the international definition of heritage as defined by UNESCO. During the course, students will investigate issues linked with conservation, promotion and protection that cultural institutions face every day. By working closely with professionals and under the instructor’s guidance, students will analyze how museums and heritage are managed and administered in Italy, reflecting on the advantages and drawbacks of marketing the arts.
